이석채회장을 비롯한 임원들은 10여억원씩 성과급잔치를 하고 있는 반면 지난번 직원들의 퇴직금 중간정산제를
앞두고 급식비 25만원을 평균임금에서 강제적으로 제외시켜 일인당 퇴직금2,950,000원(250,000원x11.8년)
삭감하여 지급하였다.
같은회사에서 이석채회장을 비롯한 임원들은 직원들의 퇴직금과 보너스를 삭감해서 자기네들 돈잔치를 한꼴이 된것이다.
구체적인 증거는 퇴직금 삭감도 모자라 연600%를 지급하는 보너스를 현재 기본급 100%가 아닌 30%삭감된 70%선에서
지급토록 일방적으로 제도를 바꾸었으며 감사실에서는 이에 대해 불만을 가진 직원들이 있는지 조사를 하는등 마치
군사독재보다 더욱 통제된 회사운영을 하고 있는등 이해하기 힘든 상식밖의 일들을 벌이고 있다.
따라서 앞으로는 매년 250,000원씩 퇴직금이 손실을 보는셈이 되며 보너스 면에서도 30%삭감되어 200~300만원정도
줄어들게 지급을 할것으로 예상된다.
하지만 정작 반발해야할 노동조합에서는 어찌된 일인지 아무 대응도없이 묵인하고 또 방조하고있어 노조원들의
격악된 원성을 외면하고 있는 것에대해 모두들 의아해 하고있다.
일부에서는 모종의 거래를 통한 조합원의 재산을 약탈해 가지않았나 하는 입소문들이 무성한 가운데 노동조합
에서는 입을 굳게 다물고 있다.
