사측은 이번 대의원 선거에서 노조간부가 아닌 평직원을 대의원으로 선출하라는
지시를 현장으로 내려보냈다.
뭐가 뭔지도 모르는 거수기들을 교육시켜서 타임오프제가 포함된 임단협을 조기에 마무리하고
복수노조 및 연말 각급 노조대표자 선거를 대비하여 어용노조에 유리한 방향으로
노조규약을 변경하려는 의도이다.
