대전의 모법인 지사장은 몇년째 꼴찌이면서 3년째연임을하고 있다.

그러나 이지사장은 처음부터썩어있었다.
회의,토론은 없고 오로지 명령만 존재한다.
그러니 꼴찌는 당연하지 않겠는가...
부하직원들은 어떻게든 다른곳으로 떠날려고만하고..
실적이 좋지않은건 당연한일이지 않겠는가..
그동안 몸부림치며 직원은 실적을올려보려고
자기 주머니돈을 털어서라도 실적을 조금이나마 올려놓으면
지사장이라는 사람은 모든예산이 자기돈인양 맘대로 쓰면서
직원에게는 밥한끼,음료수한잔 살지도모르며 나몰라라 하는 사람

신묘년해가떳는데 아직도 바뀌지않은게 있구나..
